Update: Major NDIS Legislation Changes
Following the passing of new laws in the Federal Parliament two weeks ago, some pivotal changes to the NDIS are now set to take effect. These adjustments stem from the 2023 independent review of the NDIS. The new NDIS laws come into effect on 3 October 2024.
