Jess is the Clinical Manager at InsightPBS. She has been with the team for 3 years, starting off as a practitioner, moving to team leadership and progressing to clinical management. Her approach to work is rooted in empowering those around her, and she is dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. As a registered psychologist and behaviour support practitioner, she has specialised in supporting youth with autism, early childhood intervention, and implementing positive behavior strategies across the lifespan. What Jess loves most about her work is the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. She feels incredibly fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated team of staff who share our company’s values and bring a positive and caring energy to our workplace.
