Jess is the Clinical Manager at InsightPBS. She has been with the team for 3 years, starting off as a practitioner, moving to team leadership and progressing to clinical management. Her approach to work is rooted in empowering those around her, and she is dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. As a registered psychologist and behaviour support practitioner, she has specialised in supporting youth with autism, early childhood intervention, and implementing positive behavior strategies across the lifespan. What Jess loves most about her work is the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. She feels incredibly fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated team of staff who share our company’s values and bring a positive and caring energy to our workplace. Colleagues often describe Jess’s work style as enthusiastic, optimistic, and patient; qualities she strives to bring to every interaction with clients and her team.

In this role, she has been instrumental in streamlining operations, managing schedules, and ensuring that daily activities run smoothly.

                      Stefy is known for her strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, making her a trusted partner in achieving our company’s goals. Passionate about efficiency and teamwork, she is committed to promoting a collaborative workplace culture that fosters innovation and productivity.
                      She is an approachable and open minded person, with a “hands-on” approach to life.

                      Outside of work, Stefy enjoys spending time with her family and crafting, which helps her to maintain a balanced approach to work and life. She has a passion for good food and movies, and above all for reading and boardgames.
